Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has submitted by applicant Mst Zulekhan w/o Ali Akbar by caste Totani in person against SHO PS Warrah and others. Heard. Order passed thereon. Mr. Saeed Ahmed Shaikh learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate, Nasirabad is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Warrah and its premises and recover the alleged detainee, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainee, he to release him on P.R bond and direct him to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 24.07.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
