This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Abdul Wahab Khoso advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Zahoor, 02-Ahmed both sons of Noor Hussain, 03-Aslam son of Mir Moula Bakhsh by caste Khoso, 04-Imamuddin son of Abdul Fattah Seelro in Crime No.174/2026 of PS A-Section Shahdadkot for offence 337-Ai,Fi,504,506/2,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 24.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
