This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Niaz Ali Memon advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Mumtaz son of Ali Abkar, 02-Ghulam Murtaza son of Ali Nawaz, 03-Muhammad Nawaz, 04-Nazir both sons of Mumtaz all by caste Mastoi in Crime No.60/2026 of PS Sijawal for offence 324,337-Ai,Lii,337-Hii,506/2,147,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 22.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
