This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Gul Sher Junejo advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Ghamthar @ Ghamtaal son of Sono Faqeer @ Sono Khan Mastoi in Crime No.29/2025 of PS B-Section Shahdadkot for offence U/S 506/2,337-Ai,Fi,114,504,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahdadkot. Applicant/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 18.02.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished his required surety, same was provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state, complainant and call for police papers. |
