Family suit called. Plaintiff is called absent along with her counsel ione is present from defendant side. It appears that since last couple of hearing matter has been fixed for service, but same has not been done due to non-appearance of Plaintiff, Today no one is in attendance for Plaintiff side nor is there any intimation. This is third call and it is 2:30 P.M. seemingly, the plaintiff has no longer interest in persuasion of this case, this court has dismiss this suit in default and in non-prosecution |
