Mr. Jawed Ahmed Advocate and DDA is present and candidly admitted that grant from U.A no 163 has been cancelled by the competant authority. Be that as may this court has perused the writitten statement filed by the Mukhtiarkar Sanghar where he has miserably failed to nattar the mother entry of such entry which is kept on the basis of registered sale deed, this order detailed report b called from Mukhiarkar Sanghar so also since allotment of land issue involved. let the detailed report be call from D.C Sanghar with directions that record from Mukhiarkar Revenue Berrage and submit report before tils court un till such report order on the application u/o VII Rule 11 cpc is reserved. call report from concerned .
