This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Naveed Ali Mugheri advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Asif Ali son of Muhammad Bux Jatoi, 02-Naseem Akhtar son of Ghulam Qadir Tagar in Crime No.19/2026 of PS Mahi Makool for offence 506/2,504,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 23.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
