Plaintiff called absent and his authorized person namely Om Parkash is present and filed application U/S 151 CPC, Order passed vide Exh--------------39 his counsel Mr. Ajay Kumar called absent while his junior counsel is present. It reveals from the record that the examination in chief of power of attorney of plaintiff namely Rajesh was recorded at Exh-----17, on 26.10.2022, his further examination in chief was reserved for want of time.
