30-07-2026. Matter called. Today, the matter is fixed for filing the amended title by the plaintiff side and for the evidence of the remaining defendants as very last and final chance. The plaintiff is called absent. The defendant is also called absent. Learned counsel for the defendant is also called absent. Perusal reveals that none is appearing on behalf of the plaintiff side for the last number of dates and further reveals that the Vakalatnama of the learned counsel for the plaintiff, namely Mr. Niaz Ahmad Arain, Advocate, has been withdrawn on dated 21-07-2026. Order passed on separate sheet, as per order, application U/o 39 rule 01 and 02 CPC filed by learned counsel for plaintiff is dismissed in non-prosecution.
