Criminal Misc application called. Applicant is absent. I.O/SIP Allah Dino is present. Perused the police papers & report. Heard I.O. In view of the foregoing discussion, the instant application under Section 176(2), Cr.P.C is allowed. The Director General, Health Services, Hyderabad, is directed to constitute an appropriate medical board for the exhumation and examination of the dead body of deceased Sht. Shanto, wife of Mithu Meghwar, in accordance with law, and to ascertain the actual cause of her death. The medical board shall conduct the necessary proceedings in accordance with the prescribed procedure and submit its report to this Court at the earliest possible time. The Investigating Officer and the concerned Station House Officer shall extend all necessary assistance to the medical board to ensure the lawful and orderly completion of the proceedings. |
