However during the course of arguments in bail application No.128 of 2026 Re: Mst Shahnila learned counsel for applicant/accused has brought on record some documents and pointed out that name of present applicant/accused does not transpire in the contents of FIR and she has been added in the case on the basis that car in question was in her name, which was subsequently she sold out the one Nisar and said Nisar also sold out the same to other persons and now the record of Excise and Taxation Department is that last owner of the Car which was allegedly used in the commission of crime is Liaquat Ali. Let I.O be called alongwith complete police papers to inform on this aspect and submit report accordingly. The I.O is further directed to submit the report in connection of the documentary evidence that as to why he has withheld the name of last owner.
