The R & Ps received from the court of Honourable, District and Sessions Judge, Mirpurkhas by way of transfer. Matter called. Accused Anwer produced in custody from District and Sessions Judge, Mirpurkhas, while accused Naved Chandio has been declared proclaimed offender and case against him is already kept of dormant file vide order dated 02-12-2025 passed JM-I Digri. Charge against accused framed at Ex.4, his plea recorded at Ex.4/A to which he pleaded not guilty and claimed to be tried. Put off to 04-02-2026 for Evidence.
