Matter called. Plaintiff Mst: Zareena and her counsel are present. Defendant Abdul Latif and his counsel Mr: Anwar Ali Narejo are present. Proceding of pre- trial is held between the parties failed. In view of above facts and circumstances, I hold the pre-trial proceedings as failed between the parties and allow the prayer of the plaintiff for dissolution of her marriage by way of Khulla. The marriage between the parties is hereby dissolved at the stage of Pre-trial in lieu of dower as consideration of marriage. Let the decree be prepared and copy of the same be sent to chairman of concerned U.C for reconciliation. The decree for dissolution shall take effect after passing (90) days. However, the defendant through his W.S raised issue that the Haq Mehr Rs 30K in shape of Gold ornaments were given to plaintiff which she shall return to defendant as had obtained preliminary decree of Khulla from court, hence out of pleadings following issues are framed: Put off to: 21.8.2025 For evidence
