Matter called. Advocate for Defendants No.1, 3, 4, 5 are present. None is present from Defendants No.2, 6 & 7 sides. The associate namely Asad Hussain Shah on behalf of the counsel for the plaintiff Advocate Amir Hussain Mangi is present and filed a statement stating therein that the defendant No. 2 already filed his W.S on 18.05.2024 through his attorney which is available on file however later on the court inadvertently / due to over sight mistake also debarred the same defendant No. 2 from filing the W.S along with the defendant No.6 and 7 vide order dated 29.03.2024. The submissions made by the counsel for the plaintiff are verified and found correct per R& Ps of this case. The W.S of the defendant No. 2 is already available on file hence the relevant order dated 29.03.2024 to the extended of debarring him from filing W.S is hereby infructuous. Matter is now already fixed on 03.11.2025 for filing affidavit-in-evidence by the plaintiff side. |
