Matter is called, Report is received from police. Applicant is present. Order passed in court. Per report of raid commissioner & Station house officer of Police Station Taimoria, Karachi shows that the alleged detenue namely Shaikh Nadeem Hussain son of Shaikh Ghulam Sarwar was available at Police station Jouharabad, Karachi, who was already arrested under section 54 Cr.P.C by ASI Latif Dino under proper entry on the complaint of one Nawaz son of Darwesh through 15 police madadgar. After that he was released on deposition of P.R bound from his wife Mst. Farzana Kausar W/o Sheikh Nadeem?? (Applicant/ petitioner)?? because no any cognizable offence was made out against him within the area of this PS and complainant was directed to approach at proper forum for their legal proceedings against them. As such the case of illegal detention is not established, therefore, application in hand is disposed off accordingly. |
