Case called. Accused Ghulam Mustafa and Amjad are present on bail. Learned ADPP for state is present. Case is fixed for charge. Such charge is framed against accused at Ex.No.02, plea of both the accused recorded at Ex:02/A & 2/B, wherein they pleaded guilt and did not claim to be tried. Therefore, show cause notice under section 243 Cr.P.C at Ex:03 given to both the accused separately. After receiving reply both the accused submitted their reply of show cause notice at Ex:04 and 05. Heard the Ld ADPP for the state and accused persons. Order passed and announced in open court. Both the accused are hereby convicted and sentenced to pay fine in the sum of Rs.2000/-Two thousands each. Both accused paid fine amount total Rs: 4000/.Four thousands. Office is directed to receive and deposited the fine amount in the Government head under proper receipt/challan. The copy of order is given to the accused on free of cost.
