Matter is called, attorney of appellant together with her counsel, respondents No.1 & 4 and DDA for official respondent No.6 are present. DDA filed memo for appearance of respondent No.6. Summons were issued through resgitsered post AD as well as bailiff. Respondents No.3 & 5-a are served with summons through registered post AD, such AD cards have been returned. Summons issued through bailiff is returned with the endorsement of bailiff that summons were received by son of respondent No.1 Aslam on behalf of all the respondents being nephew of respondents No.2 & 3 and relative of respondent No.5-a to 5-c, but he did not put his signature on it. Repeat summons to respondents No.2 & 5-b to 5-c through bailiff as well as get the summons be published in Daily Awami Awaz newspaper at least three days before next date of hearing.
