The Nazir of this court is appointed as Commissioner to conduct the inspection and submit report as to whether the alleged construction is being raised by the defendant no.2 on the street/road as claimed by the plaintiff in the present suit. Nazir shall conduct the inspection with the assistance of expert official of market committee and also with the help of master plan. Nazir is directed to conduct inspection in presence of both parties and submit detail report alongwith pictures. Nazir fee is fixed at the rate of Rs.20,000/- which shall be borne by the plaintiff. Put off to 15.10.2026 for compliance as well as filing W.S & C.A by the remaining defendants. |
