This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Nawab-Din Chandio advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Sajid @ Sajid son of Sikandar @ Sikandar Ali, 02-Shahid @ Shahid Hussain, 03-Sadam @ Sadam Ali, 04-Zahid @ Zahid Hussain all three sons of Nazeer Hussain, 05-Nazeer Hussain son of Arbab Ali all by cste Kori in Crime No.266/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence 337-Ai,506/2,504,114,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 22.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
