The Honourable PO has gone to attend conference at Ismailabad. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Azam Hulio advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Khadim @ Khadim Hussain, 02-Qurban @ Qurban Ali, 03-Hassan @ Muhammad Hassan all three sons of Hakeem @ Abdul Hakeem Bhatti in Crime No.297/2026 of PP Pakho PS Kamber City for offence 324,114,504,354-A,337-Hii,Lii,Fii,506/2,509,34-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.100,000/- (Rupees one lac) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 26.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
