matter was called at approximately 8:30 AM. plaintiff was absent, but her counsel was present, the defendant and his counsel present. The plaintiff's counsel requested time for appearance of plaintiff at 12 PM, and the court granted this request, scheduling the matter for 12 PM. At designated time, plaintiff appeared, and in accordance with procedural requirements for the commencement of pre-trial proceedings, parties were asked to sit in chambers, court made efforts for reconciliation, and ultimately, plaintiff agreed to reside with the defendant, as defendant had consented to provide her with a separate portion for her residence and other basic necessities. Meanwhile, defendant's father, counsel, and plaintiff's uncle and her counsel, who were present in court, were called by undersigned to facilitate the reconciliation in their presence. The proceedings went smoothly. Subsequently, plaintiff expressed that she would not dissolve her marriage but required additional time. She was asked , that she could take time until 2 PM. However, when matter was called again, plaintiff appeared at 2:50 PM and did not agree with her previous statements. Consequently, court could not wait any longer and adjourned the matter, granting a last and final chance, with strict directions for her to appear at the first call.
