On the application u/s 16(i) SRPO the order announced in open court and passed on separate sheet and the following issues are hereby framed:-1.Whether there is relationship of landlord and tenant between the parties?, 2. What should the order be?. Both the parties are directed to lead their evidence through affidavit in evidence so that the above issues could be decided in accordance with law. The application under section 16(1) Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance, 1979 shall be decided accordingly after determination of relationship. The instant application is disposed of accordingly.
