Case Called. Accused is not produced by the jail authority. Learned ADPP for the state is present. Report already received from the jail authorities same was already kept on record. The I.O appeared and has submitted the report that the accused has passed away in the jail and for the same the jail superintendent has also submitted his report on 25-03-2025 of dated: 28-02-2025 vide letter no. UTP (A&R)/-4024/26. The I.O examined on oath at Ex. 01. order passed on separate sheet. The proceedings against the accused are hereby abated. |
