The Honourable PO has gone to attend conference at Ismailabad. This This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Razi Khan Chandio advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Fida Hussain, 02-Faheem both sons of Abdul Majeed in Crime No.286/2026 of PS Kamber City PP Pakho for offence U/S 324,114,506/2,337-Ai,Fi,Lii,34-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 22.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
