Matter called. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is present and submitted statement along with courier receipts which are kept on record. Mr. Muhammad Murad Maitlo, Advocate stated to file Vakalanama on behalf of the defendant No.1 which is kept on record and received copies. Process through bailiff returned served upon both defendants. Service held good. Heard arguments on the Application under order XXXIX rules 1 and 2 CPC.
