The Honourable PO has gone to attend conference at Ismailabad. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Suhendar Kumar advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Ali Haider son of Ali Gohar by caste Budhani Chandio in Crime No.57/2016 of PS Waggan for offence U/S 324,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 17.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted.
