P.C has filed by Mr. Amjad Ali Abassi advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Yaseen @ Ghulam Yaseen son of Ghulam Mustafa, 02-Noor Hussain son of Meer Hassan, 03-Jamshed @ Jamsheer Ali, 04-Gul Sher both sons of Bashir @ Muhammad Bashir, 05-Yousif @ Muhammad Yousif son of Yaseen @ Ghulam Yaseen, 06-Hashim @ Muhammad Hashim son of Qasim @ Muhammad Qasim all by caste Langah in Crime No.79/2026 of PS Qubo Saeed Khan for offence U/S 337-Ai,Fii,506/2,147,148-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/-(Rupees thirty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 21.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
