P.C has filed by Mr. Muntazir Hussain Mangi advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Muhamamd Saleem son of Muhammad Mithal Mastoi in Crime No.288/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence U/S 188,457,380-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 14.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
