Matter called. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is present and submitted statement alongwith Partition order passed by the Assistant Commissioner Taluka Murad Memon District Malir which is kept on record. None is present from the defendants side. Process through Bailiff returned served upon defendant No.2 to 5 and unserved upon defendants No.1. Repeat summon upon the defendant No.1 on the pointation of plaintiff as well as pasting in presence of two witnesses, Registered AD & Courier Service. Order passed on separate order sheet. Therefore, it is appropriate to appoint the Nazir of this Court to conduct the site inspection of the suit property in presence of both parties and also with the Assistance of Mukhtiarkar taluka Murad Memon. Meanwhile the parties are directed to maintain status-quo till next date of hearing. SHO of concerned P.S is directed to provide necessary police aid to the Nazir in order to conduct the site inspection peacefully. Let the copy of this order be served upon all the defendants through Bailiff. Nazir fees is fixed at the rate of Rs.25,000/- which shall be borne by the plaintiff.
