Case called. Accused Saeed Ahmed Memon is shown absconder in Challan Sheet. The proceedings 87/88 Cr.P.C initiated against against accused. The proclamation u/s 87 Cr.p.c returned executed, such statement of process server recorded at Ex----02, he produced copy of 87 Cr.p.c a/w endorsement, Memo of Proclamation, Pumphlete at Ex---02/A to 02/D, respectively. The absconding accused are hereby declared as proclaimed offender. The reply of attachment u/s 88 cr.p.c also received, same is kept on record at Ex---03.
