Therefore, by extending benefit of doubt, I acquit him u/s 265-H(i) Cr.P.C, from the charge of this case. In consequence of above mentioned conviction and sentences, accused 1.Ghulam Mustafa, 2.Shafquat Ali, 3.Muhammad Hashim @ Shahbaz & 4.Nazakat Ali, all by caste Bijarani, are present before this court on bail, are taken into custody and are remanded to C.P Sukkur, alongwith conviction slip to serve out the sentence awarded to them by this court. The bail bonds of the all convicts and acquitted accused stands cancelled and their sureties are discharged of liabilities.
