This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Faheem Akhtar Chandio advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Ayaz @ Ayaz Ali son of Ghulam Haider @ Haider Bakhsh Mugheri in Crime No.292/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence U/S 506/2,504,34-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber.
