This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Banti Laal advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Majid, 02-Jameel both sons of Bahadur Khan, 03-Tanveer son of Raheem Bux all by caste Brohi in Crime No.76/2026 of PS Bahram for offence U/S 506/2,504,337-Hii,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Shahdadkot. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 16.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished the required surety, which is provisionally accepted by this Court. Issue notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
