The Honourable P.O has been transferred. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Gul Sher Junejo on behalf of applicant/accused Deedar Ali @ Deedar son of Naik Muhammad by caste Mastoi, in Crime No.06/2025 of PS B-Section Shahdadkot for offence punishable U/S 324,34-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thosuand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 12.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has not furnish the required surety. Notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
