The Honourable P.O is on Summer Vacation. Crl. Misc Application called. Applicant present with her learned counsel. Reports received from official respondents, which are placed on record. Respondents are call absent. ASI Ranjhan Ali Chandio of PP Dost Ali PS Drigh is also present and submitted report so also produced detainee Baby Zuhra aged about 10-months (daughter of applicant). Order passed and announced in open Court. detainee Baby Zuhra is handed over to her mother and the applicant is directed to furnish one P.R Bond in the sum of rupees Rs.500,000/- (Rupees Five Hundred Thousand Only) for alleged detainee minor Mst. Zuhra with conditions that applicant lady shall keep minor baby zuhra in safe custody, health and shall not take away out of District Kamber-Shahdadkot at Kamber without permission of the court. As well as to conduct meeting of minor with his real father/respondent No.5 Asghar Ali, if he come to meet with the minor baby Zuhra. Such P.R Bond obtained from applicant which is placed on record. The application stands disposed off accordingly. |
