The Honourable P.O has been transferred. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Faiz-ul-Nabi Shaikh advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Muhamamd Ismail, 02-Karam @ Karam Ali both sons of Khadim Hussain, 03-Muhammad Nawaz son of Bakhshal all by caste Bouk, in Crime No273/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence punishable U/S 337-Fi,Fv,506/2,452,34-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/-(Rupees fifty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 17.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused Muhammad Ismail Bouk has furnish the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. While applicants/accused 01-Karam @ Karam Ali, 02-Muhammad Nawaz have failed to furnish the required surety. Notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
