Case called; Learned PO is on casual leave and Work suspended by the DBA Jamshoro due to Chehlum of Hazrat Imam Hussain (R.A). Learned ADPP for state is present. Notice issued to accused Sheeraz and Zafar. Upon notice, the accused Sheeraz is present on bail along with his counsel Mr. Riaz Ali Shoro and filed Vakalatnama for accused Sheeraz. Order on it. File. However accused Zafar is called absent. Meanwhile accused Ashraf was absconder and declared proclaimed offender vide order dated: 27-07-2026.
