The vehicle bearing Registration No. CS-9156, Chassis No. LFBJBBB166JC50001, Engine No. 602511604-J, Model 2009, is ordered to be released and handed over to the applicant on Superdari under Section 516-A Cr.P.C., subject to furnishing a P.R. Bond in the amount equivalent to the prevailing value of the vehicle to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court as well as surrender the original registration book/documents of the vehicle before Nazir, and shall not sell, transfer, alienate, alter or otherwise dispose of the vehicle during the pendency of the proceedings. The applicant shall further not change or tamper with the colour, registration number, engine number or chassis number of the vehicle and shall produce the same before the court as and when required. Application stands disposed of accordingly. Pronounced in open court.
