Matter called. Learned counsel for the plaintiff is present. None is present from the defendants side. Process through Bailiff returned unserved. Repeat summon upon the defendants through Bailiff, Registered AD & Courier Service. Order passed on separte order sheet. the defendants are restrained from creating third party interest over the suit property till the next date of hearing. Nazir of this Court is appointed as Commissioner to conduct the site inspection in order to ascertain current physical position/physical possession over the suit property. Nazir is directed to conduct site inspection in presence of both parties and also with the assistance of the officials of the defendant No.2/Society. Nazir fees is fixed at the rate of Rs.20,000/- which shall be borne by the plaintiff. Let the copy of this order be served upon all the defendants through Bailiff.
