Learned ADPP for the State is present. Respondents No.2 to 5 submitted their reports. Heard arguments. Order passed on separate sheet. The alleged detenues are not arrested by the respondents No.3 to 6, but they are arrested by police of PS Pir-Jo-Goth in FIR Nos.42/2026 and 32/2026 and they were remanded to jail by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pir Jo Goth. Hence, no case of illegal detention is made out. Therefore, this petition is dismissed. |
