The Honourable P.O is on casual leave. This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Shafi Muhammad Khoso Advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Imdad @ Imdad Hussain, 02-Altaf @ Altaf Hussain both sons of Muhammad Khan, 03-Sulleman @ Sulleman Khan, 04-Arslan @ Arslan Khan both sons of Imdad, 05-Muhammad Khan son of Sabir Hussain all by caste Muglani Magsi in Crime No.17/2026 of PS A-Section Shahdadkot for offence u/s 324,337-Hii,504,148,149 PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the applicants/accused namely 01-Imdad @ Imdad Hussain, 02-Altaf @ Altaf Hussain in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty thousand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Bail application in hand is transferred to the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Shahadkot. Applicants/accused further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 11.02.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnished his required surety, same was provisionally accepted. Issue notice to DPP for the state, complainant and call for police papers. While applicants/accused 01-Sulleman @ Sulleman Khan, 02-Arslan @ Arslan Khan, 03-Muhammad Khan have not furnished the required surety.
