Case called. Accused Imran Mallah and Hameeda @ Noona Sangrasi are present on bail. Learned ADPP for the state is present. photostat copy of case paper are supplied to the accused vide receipt at Exh-01. At this stage both accused persons jointly submitted an applications at Ex---02 for pleaded guilty. Order passed on thereon. Issue show cause notice to the accused at Ex---03, in this regard reply of show cause notice has been submitted by the accused at Ex---04. Order passed thereon. File. Order passed on separate sheet and announced in open court at Ex---05. Accused are hereby convicted u/s. 243 Cr.P.C for the offences u/s.294 PPC, sentence him till rising the court and impose fine for Rs.500/- In case of failure to pay the fine amount, he shall serve sentence for one weak simple imprisonment. The accused persons are present on bail. Their bail bond stands cancelled and surety stands discharged. |
