Record reveals that In the Instant Sessions ???Dormant case??? this Court received Original Remand papers with jail warrant dated: 01-12-2025 and hulya form of accused Syed Imran Shah S/o Syed Aziz-ur-Rehman. Record reveals that the said accused was facing trail before this Court who jumped the bail and after due course of proceeding this Court declared him Absconder and then he declared proclaimed opffender and the case kept as Dormant. ASI Mhamamd Ali of PS. Jamshed Quarter being proclaimed offender to said accused arrested him and produced before the concerned Judicial Magistrate Karachi East who remanded him to judicial custody vide order dated: 01-12-2025. Since the accused is remanded to judicial custody in this case/crime therefore the office was directed to call remand papers and relevant record and to restore the case as well for trail. The learned Judicial Magistrate has forwarded the remanded papers with relevant record before this Court which is placed at record in sessions case and the case is restore to its original stage. Office is directed to issue PO to jail authority with direction to produce the accused through video link before this court.
