This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Razi Khan Chandio advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Aslam @ Muhammad Aslam son of Gulzar @ Gulzar Ahmed Kalhoro in Crime No.107/2026 of PS Warrah for offence U/S 489-F,420,506/2-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 15.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has furnished the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
