This is a Criminal Misc. Application under section 491 Cr.P.C has filed by Mr. Ahsan Iqbal advocate on behalf of applicant Saajan Ali son of Muhammad Khan by caste Chandio against SHO PS Shaheed ASP Fattah Hayat Mekan and others. Mr. Syed Imran Imam Zaidi learned Civil Judge & Judicial Magistrate-II, Kamber is hereby appointed as Raid Commissioner, to conduct raid at PS Shaheed ASP Fattah Hayat Mekan and its premises and recover the alleged detainee, and if no any case or F.I.R is registered against the detainee, he to release him on P.R bond and direct him to appear before this Court and to furnish report on 14.07.2026 at 08:30 am without fail. |
