This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Mugheri advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Nazar @ Nazar Hussain, 02-Sikandar @ Sikandar Ali both sons of Bakhshal, 03-Bakhshal @ Bakhshal Khan son of Sikandar, 04-Kabir son of Sikandar @ Sikandar Ali all by caste Shabrani in Crime No.33/2026 of PS Gaji Khuhawar for offence punishable U/S 337-Ai,Lii,506/2,114,147,148-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 07.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnish the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers.
