This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Abdul Ghaffar Pirzada advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Dildar Ali, 02-Zaffar Ali, 03-Nadir Ali all three sons of Allah Ditto, 04-Irshad Ali son of Ghulam Mustafa, 05-Majid Ali son of Muhammad Aslam all by caste Aree in Crime No.178/2026 of PS Nasirabad for offence punishable U/S 337-Fi,506/2,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 15.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnish the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
