Succession petition called. Petitioner and his advocate are present and filed statement alongwith newspaper. Legal heirs are present and filed no objection affidavit. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open court. Succession Petition, it is allowed subject to furnish surety of Rs.50,000/- and PR bond in like amount to be executed by petitioner Muhammad Aqib for satisfaction of this court. Accountant of this court is directed to collect amount of Rs. 1095,797.72/- with its profit, if any left by late Muhammad Yaqoob from the Muslim Commercial Bank Limited Pirjogoth Branch in the name of D.D.O, hand over the share of major legal heirs to them, and invest the shares of minors in any profitable scheme, which amounts with its profit shall be released in their favour on attaining the age of majority. The application stands disposed of in above terms. |
