This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Noor Ahmed Lashari advocate, on behalf of applicant/accused Idress @ Muhammad Idress son of Abdul Jabbar by caste Chandio in Crime No.113/2026 of PS Warrah for offence 353,224,225,148,149-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicant/accused in the sum of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees thirty thosuand) and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicant/accused is further directed to join investigation/trial. Applicant/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before this Court. Put off to 04.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicant/accused has not furnish the required surety. Notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
