This is a Criminal Bail Application under section 498, 498-A Cr. P.C has filed by Mr. Muhammad Azam Hulio advocate, on behalf of applicants/accused 01-Dilbar @ Dilbar son of Gulab, 02-Tanveer @ Tanveer Ali son of Zangi @ Jangi Khan, 03-Ghulam Qadir son of Qalandar Bux all by caste Jagirani in Crime No.284/2026 of PS Kamber City for offence 401,34-PPC. Heard arguments. Order passed and announced in open Court. Without touching to the merits and demerits of the case, interim pre-arrest bail is granted to the above named applicants/accused in the sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees twenty thosuand) each and PR bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of this Court. Applicants/accused are further directed to join investigation/trial. Instant Criminal Bail application in hand is hereby made over to the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Kamber. Applicants/accused also directed to submit such proof on the next date of hearing before the concerned Court. Put off to 07.09.2026, for confirmation or otherwise. Applicants/accused have furnish the required surety, which has been provisionally accepted. Notice to DPP for the state and call for police papers. |
